An 8-week holistic therapy group drawing from yoga philosophy, mindfulness meditation and Dr. Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing.®
Learn skills to trust and utilize your body as your guide in working toward greater awareness, authenticity and presence.

In this group you will learn to:

  • Discover your unique inner resources

  • Identify triggers and promote healthy nervous system response

  • Create more curiosity and choice in response to stimuli

  • Feel more connected to yourself, others and the world around you

Topics Covered:

  • Grounding, centering, resourcing

  • Somatic awareness and tracking

  • Identifying and working with triggers

  • Widening window of tolerance

  • Boundary work

  • Self-regulation vs. co-regulation

Details for Fall 2024 Group — Both In Person & Virtual Options

  • 8 Weeks

  • In person Group: Mondays, Sept 9—Nov 4 (no group October 14), 12—1:30pm OR

  • Virtual Group: Wednesdays, Sept 11—Oct 30, 5:30—7pm

  • In Person Group held @ Nest Yoga, 3976 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA

  • Virtual Group for CA residents

$90/week with an eight week commitment, total $720. Early bird rate, $600 ($120 discount) until July 14.
50% of total series due at registration to reserve your spot.
To create group cohesion and safety, this is a closed group for the entirety of the series.
