Policy & Fees
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to help assess if we are a good fit.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.
EMDR sessions are 60-75 minutes long.
I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health services and I offer some sliding scale spaces based on financial need. Please inquire.
*Please note: I do not take insurance. Upon request, I am able to provide you with necessary documentation for insurance reimbursement. Please inquire with your insurance company if they reimburse for psychotherapy.
*Cancelation Policy: I kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice if needing to reschedule your appointment. If less than 48 hours, you will be responsible for full session fee.
